Shipping policy

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation message via email or text. You will then receive another notification once a shipping label is created for your order. This does not mean that your order has shipped, it simply means that we are preparing your order. We try to get orders out immediately, but we are a small business that takes pride in delivering the best handcrafted products and service to our customers and occasionally delays can occur.

If you pay for priority shipping, that does not mean that your order ships sooner. The priority shipping is a guarantee from the USPS that your order will arrive quickly (1, 2 or 3 days depending on which option you choose) AFTER we have dropped it off at the post office! 

If you ever need something sent immediately, please email us and we will try and accommodate you. This is for emergencies only (i.e. birthday gift, graduation gift, or if an item is needed for a special event). 

Free shipping applies to orders of $50.00 or more and only applies to domestic orders.  

Lost Packages

Occasionally the post office will deliver a package to the wrong address or lose a package. If this does happen, please inquire with your local post office to see if they can help you locate it. If it can not be found, we will send a replacement if we still have the missing items in stock or issue a gift card for the amount of the missing items. 

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order or products, please contact us immediately so we can work together to create a solution! 

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately we do not allow for order cancellations.
